Terms under which Node Netcad processes personal data on behalf of customers.

Roles
For personal data stored in our products, the customer is the data controller and Node Netcad acts as data processor.
Processing instructions
We process customer data only to provide the contracted services and on the customer’s documented instructions.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures including access control, encryption in transit, audit logging and backups.
Sub-processors and breach notification
We use sub-processors under written terms and will notify customers of a personal data breach without undue delay. Request our current sub-processor list at info@nodenetcad.com.
Return and deletion
On termination we return or delete customer data as agreed in the contract.
